One big tip for productivity from someone with many compwting prioritiee and meniaL tasks during the day:

After prioritising (say, using Value Vs Effort), make sure you eat your frog at the start of the day.

That is, complete your uggliest least exciting job at the start of the day so you don’t worry about it later on. You simply front load all the hard stuff so you can enjoy the rest of your day :)
