Visions should be kept concise, people won’t be so scared at going back to the vision at all times when executing strategy. To keep it compelling, concise, and inspiring, treat your vision as a collaborative story writing exercise.

The Hills method from IBM was a good one to use to establish a WOW factor in narrative development and story writing . Check it !
