So true. PMs with primarily internal stakeholders often get less attention than those “external" PMs, who have metrics that are largely external facing (revenue, adoption, growth).

That said, internal PMs have cost measures they could use to demonstrate their value, as well as employee or internal user satisfaction. They are equally important roles that are needed in any company.
