Exploring the pay difference between UK and US Product Management talent

Would be interesting to know whether there is a difference in salary (and other compensation) by the amount a company is funded, its funding stage, and the industry/sector that it operates in. Would need much more data to compare properly...!

My hypothesis is that a highly funded VC-backed tech company will always have more to offer to an employee in the US than in the UK, as there's simply more cash to splash. European VC rounds are typically not as high as they are in the US. That said, I do wonder whether which is more patient for ROI: a European or US investor.
